- General Refund Policy
All donations made to Shri Kalpana Education and Charitable Trust are non-refundable as they are used for charitable purposes.
In case of a duplicate payment or incorrect transaction, a refund request may be considered upon verification.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
- Conditions for Refund
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
The donor made an error in the donation amount or duplicate transaction.
The donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s consent.
The donation cannot be utilized for the intended purpose due to unforeseen circumstances.

Donation Amount
Transaction ID
Date of Donation
Reason for Refund Request
Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- Cancellation Policy
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled.
If a recurring donation was set up in error, please contact us immediately to stop future payments.
